Located in the heart of Santa Rosa California, Sonoma County Valais is dedicated to breeding healthy Valais Blacknose sheep with a focus on that people-friendly personality.

Hello, my name is Lynda and I’m a sheep addict.
But in a good way.

Available lambs -Winter 2023 - Just 1 lamb left - but she’s adorable and polled!

CA201670010 - F2 Wether lamb.  Could he get any cuter?  Yes the spots are more splotches but he will make a great pet or therapy animal and if you are into fibre he has that lovely Teeswater base so his wool is going to be special.  Very sturdy little lamb.  1 of triplets born 10/6/2023.  Brother to lamb #11 and #12.  Dam is Penny from Shepherds Lane breeding.  Available now. Asking $650 OBO. Sold

CA201670011 - F2 Polled Wether lamb.  This cutie is brother to #10 and #12.  Wild coloring to brighten up your day.  All the Valais personality and friendliness.  Accomodation offered for adopting both brothers. Teeswater based for great wool. Born 10/6/2023 to Penny from Shepherds Lane breeding.  Available now. Asking $650 OBO. Sold

CA20167012 – F2 Polled Ewe lamb.  This lamb is one of triplets and a great way to get a head start with a breed up program.  Excellent genetics and you can see that although she has too much black and some brown, she should be well on her way to having the spots in the right places in subsequent generations.  Also a lovely, friendly Valais with a Teeswater base.  Dam is Penny from Shepherds Lane breeding.  Available now. $3500 OBO.

CA20167014 – F3 Ewe lamb.  What can I say? She’s special and would accelerate your breed-up program.  We call her Wanda and she is very fond of laps and cuddles.  Although you can’t tell from photos she does have some black hair on her knees and hocks.  Born a triplet, sister to #15. She is out of Miss Muffet (Gotland base) of Shepherds Lane breeding. Available now. $6000 OBO. Sold

CA20167015 – F3 Ewe lamb.  This is the cuddliest of the lambs.  Yes she’ll do wonders for your breed-up program but her super-power is her incredible desire to cuddle with her human friends.  She has sat in every farm visitor’s lap and only gets off when their legs have fallen asleep.  Good confirmation and markings but does have brown ears.  We call her Brownie.  Sturdy and brave.  Also a triplet and sister to #14. Come get her quickly or I’m changing my mind about selling this one.  She is out of Miss Muffet (Gotland base) of Shepherds Lane breeding. Available now. $6000. Not Available
